After we finally found Cambridge City's ground it was great to finally be playing in a decent stadium for a cup final. I think our girls were a little be nervous to start with and it took them about 10-15 minutes to get into their stride and the first half was pretty equal but in the second half we came out really positive and had wave after wave of attacks which finally paid off when Yazz found the back of the net sending our supporters into raptures and thankfully stopped the "Green Army" chants. We certainly didn't sit on our lead and looked to extend our lead and with our defense holding strong at the back there really only looked like one winner. If anyone has any pictures from the game can they please e-mail them to me on caroland@fsmail.net. Well done girls, only one more game to go for us to try and achieve a hat-trick of doubles!
